Since ancient times it has been believed that salep rejuvenates, strengthens, cleans and rests the body. He has the almost?magical ability to awaken sexual desire?
and improve the male potency. Primarily used is so-called mucus, salep, which is produced by mixing salep powder and water, but there are many recipes for salep, so unless water, it can be prepared with milk, chocolate or fruit juices.
According to biochemical composition, it has the most carbohydrates, mainly starch, a little protein, and fats and acids. ? SALEP
In a bowl, put 200 ml of water to boil. Before it starts making bubbles, put 1-2 teaspoons of salep powder and mix it for no longer than one minute. Mostly in salep for preparation at home is added sugar, but if you want it sweeter, you can add plus sugar by taste. Let it cool down for the drink to be lukewarm. For a more pronounced flavour, sprinkle it with cinnamon.[1]
