Benefits of Exercise

  • WEIGHT LOSS - boosts metabolism, increases energy, and helps you tone & lose inches.
  • IMPROVED MENTAL STATE- prevents and reduces depression, increases cognitive function, reduces stress & anxiety, and increases well-being.
  • PREVENTS DIABETES- controls weight, reduces inflammation, improves insulin sensitivity, and preserves kidney function.

Use the power of 5 minutes or more to start

It doesn’t have to be difficult or complicated to exercise.?The best way to start is to commit to 5 minutes or more per day. Nothing more, JUST START.?I know you have five minutes to exercise. Do something appealing; dancing, jumping rope, walking, swimming, running, jogging, hiking, playing a game with your children, etc.?Just be active for 5 minutes or more per day.?
