Health is a Choice, Make It Today

It’s time for a change in health ideology. We know so much more than we used to know. Western medicine has had many advances. But we also have more alternative medicine solutions today. Knowledge is power and the choices we make today may very well determine where we end up tomorrow.
I’m not a doctor and would never prescribe remedies for anyone but myself. A few years ago, I determined that I wanted a healthier life. And today I have it.
This didn’t happen overnight.
Health is a choice. It doesn’t happen without effort. Today I’m sharing my personal journey with you.
I am a somewhat healthy eater. I don’t always eat organic and I’m not entirely carb free. Sometimes I eat meat and sometimes I have a little sugar.
All my life I was in good health. But in my late 50’s I got very sick. There was no warning and I was very sick. I sought the advice of 7 different doctors. None of them could tell me what was wrong. Without a diagnosis, my doctors focused on what I didn’t have. The rest was guesswork.
They all prescribed medication. I took all those meds. I was following traditional medicine’s ideology as if they should know best. I was on antibiotics for eighteen months because it was the only thing that kept me out of bed.
I experienced side effects from some of the medications. My life became a nightmare…and one night when I almost fell asleep at the wheel of my car. I went home and I threw all the meds away. I was frustrated. I was at my wits end…and I was still sick.
That was the turning point for me. I became committed to getting well. My friend referred me to a nutritionist. I started to journal. I found a company that sold healthy products. Within ten days I began to feel better. I stopped taking the antibiotics hoping for results. I did exactly what the nutritionist recommended. I began to live one day at a time. Day-in-and-day-out I was on a path of health and wellness. I never thought of going back.
With the help of my nutritionist, we made the determination without diagnostic tests that my body was filled with Parasites and that Candida was my most likely health issue. What was the remedy?
First, I drank parsley with apple cider 3 times a day for 3 days. By the second day I had added plain Greek yogurt with live cultures and a touch of apple cider vinegar.
Once the 3 days were up, I continued to modify my diet. I stopped eating bread, refined sugar, and processed foods like potato chips and crackers. I really did not miss them. I eliminated Splenda and any artificial sweetener. No more Coke or Diet Coke. I also reduced my carbohydrate intake.

Stevia became my sugar substitute, drinks with Kombucha and live probiotics my substitute for any type of soda along with tea and coffee. I drink lots of water too.
Included in my regiment I added the Organo Spores and Organo Grapeseed Extract. Still taking these as well and all of these can be ordered from eBay or Amazon and a much reduced price then from a distributor from the company.

I continue to drink Kombucha Tea drinks and my own home made tea from the Kombucha Mushroom. I need the fiber since I don’t eat bread anymore. If you are just starting out on the road to health, I salute you. Remember to be gentle with yourself. Don’t beat yourself up. Make one small change at least once a month and stick to it.
Make Small Changes For Optimum Health
You should begin to feel so much better soon. Keep your family’s health first place. You may start to save money on doctors' visits and expensive medication. Optimum health comes by making these small changes. You will find your former health issue cycles will be broken. Your energy levels will go up. Your focus will be improved. And you will sleep better at night.
