Healing Willingness - Determination

Healing Willingness - Determination

I have word with a writer & psychologist who advised individuals, couples, families, and business partners for the past 35 years and have approved eight published publications. All of this experience has led to the development of an in-depth healing process, called Inner Bonding, where anyone can read and apply it throughout the day.

The first step in this process is determination. We cannot begin the journey without our determination to do so. Without our determination to do whatever it takes to heal, we will not embark on the journey of healing and transforming our souls. Doing whatever it takes means we are ready and willing to feel, learn and fully commit to our feelings – our pain, fear, anger, pain, loneliness, loneliness, disappointment, depression, sense of security, importance, love. And happiness. Determination means that we are willing to be careful to create our feelings through our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. It means that we are prepared to face whatever fears we may have in order to cure the fears that create fear.

Determination means that we choose to be bold and confront our demons – our shadow that we do not want anyone to know about. It means we are ready to go out of our way to deny the pain we are in, we are ready to stop hiding. Determination means we are ready to realize how much we want to control our pain, over others, and the outcome of things. Until we are ready to see, without judging, how deep we want to control everything, and all the obvious and subtle ways in which we try to control it, we cannot decide to open it.

Determination means that we are willing to ask for help from the spiritual source, as well as from others who can bring us love to help us heal. It means we are ready to admit that we cannot find our security without spiritual guidance – that we are ready to invite the Spirit into our hearts to grow and guide us. It means we have embraced the journey, the sacred privilege of learning about love in this world.

We cannot move on to the next step in the Inner Bonding process, the purpose of learning about what we are thinking or doing to cause our pain, until we are determined to get out of denial about our inner stress. As long as we deny our pain, we will not realize that we have inner pain, and we may not be motivated to learn about it. Our denial is one of the ways we protect ourselves from pain. We may be unwilling to go out of our way to deny ourselves and our loved ones.

Determination means that you pay attention to the physical emotions that are within your body. You will not know if you believe or behave in a way that hurts you if you are not willing to feel what is going on inside your body. Feelings of pain, anger, anxiety, pain, fear, and loneliness are physical symptoms that occur within the body. If you numb your body with objects or close your inner knowledge by deception and activities, you will not be able to feel it.

We embark on a new path to our perfection when we are willing to feel our pain and learn from it.
