Healing the stress and anger in life

We humans are born with the five elements of the nature, so we have the 6 bad qualities namely: Arrogance. Anger. Lust. Desires. Greediness and Jealousy. And the most common quality we all suffer from is anger. We should have control over our anger, since anger gradually converts into arrogance. And arrogance is enough for anyone's decline. In my perspective do the following to control your anger:

Daily do Meditation for few minutes.

Chant any God's name or mantra daily.

Daily do physical exercise like walking or jogging etc.

Avoid always eating very spicy and oily foods.

When ever you are angry, try not to speak. Stay calm, and chant God's name.

Smile often, laugh loudly.

Do "Maun Vrat" (remaining silent ) for one day in a week. After doing Maun Vrat, I bet you will have control over anger and using abusive words. Since whenever you try to open your mouth to speak something, the first thought you will get is “ is today my Maun Vrat day, can I speak or not “? Two lines from Bilvashtakam : "Moolatho Brahma roopaya, Madhya Vishnu roopine, agratha Shiva roopaya, Eka Bilvam Shivarpanam" . In my perspective, the above mentioned line can be compared with our human body: In the moolam / Centre /navel resides Lord Brahma, in the middle resides Lord Vishnu and in the upper part /throat resides Shiva in our body. So Gods can never bear your anger and abusive language, so they will eventually leave you!

Pranayam and Meditation. Daily 10 minutes pranayam and 10 minutes meditation reduces stress drastically and increases presence of mind. Engaging in any activity (whether you are interested in that activity or not) also reduces stress. Another method is to focus on present moment. Just put 5 minutes timer in your phone. Now during these 5 minutes, you have to stop thinking about past and future completely. For these 5 minutes just focus on “now”. If you are doing any activity during these 5 minutes (like eating, writing), pay your attention in that activity. Slowly and slowly increase this time to 10 minutes, then 15 minutes,1 day. These way you will overcome stress and anxiety. I have experienced this personally very successfully.

Stress and Anger often go hand in hand . As your stress levels rise, so do your levels of frustration and tension. Effectively handling your anger requires a combination of stress and anger management exercises. Firstly you need to identify your stressors i.e the source of your stress. It can range anything from a trauma relationship issues, family changes, sexuality, loneliness, social phobia, work overload, deadlines, lack of employment & financial stress among many more. Recognizing a problem is the first step toward solving it. By beginning to identify and understand the sources of your stress, you've taken the first step in learning to better manage it. But remember you cannot ever eliminate stress from your life completely, it’s a fact. Whether you are a 15 year old student or a 70 year old living the retired life, stress will always be a integral part of your life. Stress will always be a part of your life, you have no choice here. But how you choose to live with it, is definitely & absolutely your choice.

Some other ways to relieve stress - Exercise : Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Exercise promotes mind-body connection which is helpful in stress handling. No need for expensive gym memberships, just a simple run or walk everyday can do wonders. Yoga & Meditation : These two things need no introduction. You can read their wide range of benefits from literally millions of website on the internet. Only additional tip I can give on this topic is that, while practicing yoga or meditation set realistic goals. E.g You can’t practice 20 mins of meditation out of the blue on any given day. Start with 5 mins or even 2 mins and gradually start increasing your time. Same with yoga.

Nutrition : There’s a saying that ‘ You are what you eat’. Junk food promotes bad hormones in body which in fact assist the stress hormones. Eat full balanced diet. A good diet can reduce the effects of stress. Socialize : Spend time with friends and family, share your stories, laugh with them. Simply talking and interacting with others can help relieve stress and boost self-esteem. Sometimes a build of energy or tension can lead to anger. Your anger is simply expressing a need for that tension to be released. To release that tension you can pray because many times we don’t realize that some tension can be spiritual.

You can also listen to good and slow music. It is common that stress gets added as a combination of your anger, which means that you simply need to try some de-stressing. Try some exercise, some yoga, meditation, Ashwagandha, gardening, taking a break from technology, spend quality time with your love ones. And it’s important to understand where your anger is coming from, in that way you can blame yourself because if you don’t then you would look away from the real cause. Cheers!

Kishore Shintré... This reflects certain emotions and how it affects the body regarding disorders being brought on by negative reactions. It does not apply to physical damage to tissues by injury that is traumatic.

Very important and useful tips sir I would like to add one more tip that’s very very effective. Just “Stop manipulating”???? Your manipulations gonna manipulate with you one day. Once you stop manipulating your words or actions just for your selfish motives. You’ll start to love yourself more Once, you start loving yourself You would make yourself more lovable by introducing good habits in your life by default. You’ll love to face the mirror. You’ll feel beautiful And your own beauty is enough to make you HAPPY and keep you POSITIVE. Then, you can have a cheat day too??
