You go to work and all that is driving you are responsibilities (unsolicited at times), paychecks (survival), or staying in a routine. All of these are the major and most important factors that call for mental distress. After all, nobody chooses to work (even if they are into some favorite jobs like writing or sailing).

We need to work! That is fine. But, what if it comes with mindfulness and healing? Wouldn't faces coming to work be calmer, happier and far from survival zones, where people act sane rather than sitting and working like zombies with minds wandering everywhere possible?

This newsletter will introduce healing in the Hakomi way. Let's see what is Hakomi's method of healing and how can you derive work-life mindfulness from its practice.
