Healing the Bladder

Tongue

The tongue exercises for the bladder are the same as the kidneys.?Please refer to my blog Healing The Kidneys. Part Thirteen, for further reference.?

The kidneys are associated with the root of the tongue, so any irregularities in this area could indicate a problem in the kidneys or bladder.?

Exercise No. 1?to Stimulate the Kidneys and Bladder massage all the tongue on the pallet of your mouth. Especially pay attention to the root of the tongue where the kidneys are associated.?
