Bladder Infection?

Ingredients: Handful of oats in the shell

Instructions:?

  1. Properly wash one handful of oats in the shell and leave in one litre of water over night.
  2. The next day, bring the mix to a boil, then simmer for five minutes.
  3. Strain and drink the tea.
  4. Drink one cup throughout the day and repeat for two weeks.
