LOUISE HAY, HEAL YOUR BODY: The Mental Causes for Physical Illness
And the Metaphysical Way to Overcome Them. 1976, 2012, 87th printing.
Arguably the most fascinating small book (dictionary: A – Z- !!!! of one’s health): Only 87 pages!!!!! Hay healed her cancer within six months!
But a very dangerous subject if we have not lived a life of awareness and change: In Chinese philosophy, the following is of absolute importance: CHANGE AND BECOMING. The German greatest poet, von Goethe said: " If you do not have this eternal "to die and to become", you are but a sorry traveller on this planet.
We human beings only!!! change when we feel pain! "ILLNESS IS THE MOST HEEDED OF DOCTORS, TO GOODNESS AND WISDOM WE ONLY MAKE PROMISES BU TWE OBEY PAIN.- Marcel Proust. Correct????
Contents: 1-- THE POINT OF POWER IS IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. Eckhart Tolle says exactly the same. Actually, all religions are of the same opinion! 2—Mental Equivalents. 3--- Replacing Old Patterns. 4—Healing Affirmations. 5—Spinal Misalignments. 6—Loving Treatment. 7…
I have only included here four letters: A – D.========================
Dedication by Hay: “I have long believed the following: Everything I need to know is revealed to me. “ “Everything I need comes to me.” “All is well in my life.” There is no new knowledge….”!!!
Introduction: 1—Dis-ease ( not at eased) can be reversed by SIMPLY REVERSING MENTAL PATTERNS. 2- L. Hay was diagnosed with cancer of the vagina. Why? Because she had been raped when five and was a battered child. Hay had already been a teacher of healing when she became sick.
The Present Moment: “What we are choosing to THINK and to SAY today, at this very moment, will create tomorrow, and the next day, and the next week, the next month, and the next year, and so on.”
“When you were a tiny baby, you were pure joy and love. You knew how important you were; you felt that you were the centre of the universe!!!!! You had such courage that you asked for what you wanted, and you expressed all your feelings openly! You loved yourself totally—every part of your body, including your faeces. You knew that you were perfect. And that is the truth of your being. All the rest is learned nonsense and can be unlearned.
No-one has power over your mind except YOU!!!!... Louise Hay had repeatedly asked herself why she so often had a stiff neck, and then: “Then I discovered that the neck represented being flexible on issues, being willing to see different sides of a question. “I was a very inflexible person ..out of fear. But as I became more flexible in my thinking and able with a loving understanding to see another persons’ viewpoint, my neck ceased to bother me. Now if my neck becomes a bit stiff, I look to see where my thinking is stiff and rigid.
