Heal the Pain, Not the Hurt

Have you ever spent hours wondering why someone hurt you? Do you find it hard to let go of the pain caused by others?
Life can sometimes feel unfair, and when people hurt us, our first instinct is often to chase answers or seek justice. But here’s the truth: healing starts when you stop focusing on the source of the pain and start focusing on yourself.
Imagine being bitten by a snake. Would you spend time chasing the snake, or would you focus on treating the poison? The same applies to emotional wounds. Chasing "why" or trying to prove you didn’t deserve the hurt only keeps the pain alive. Instead, prioritize your healing and peace.
It’s okay to not have all the answers. Some actions are beyond your control, but your recovery isn’t. Letting go doesn’t mean the pain didn’t matter—it means you value your peace more than the need for revenge or validation.
Here’s how to shift your focus to healing:
Remember, your strength isn’t in chasing the hurt; it’s in choosing to heal and grow. You deserve peace, not poison.
