Following the recent SCOTUS ruling which said the Executive Branch (President, Federal Government) has no power to make decisions regarding immigration we find a powerful Catch 22.

All immigration authority shall be returned respectively to the Citizens of "EACH STATE"

In a shocking return to Constitutional Law and for the First Time, the Validity of The Cuban Boat Lift, LBJ's Hart Cellar Act, Carter's Folly, Clintons Haiti, and Obamas Muslim refugees have been exposed as unconstitutional, non enforceable, insurrection and fraud.

This explosive decision by SCOTUS(Becerra v. Trump) by using Amendment 10 is incredible to say the least. Not only are all tax dollars from Federal Monies halted, the very presence of +30 million or more people on our land is in jeopardy of being deleted.

An important corollary to the SCOTUS decision is that of Amendment 14, Section 4 which is as follows: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Any and all debts resulting from Unconstitutional Rulings are null and void, and WITHOUT Statute of Limitations.
