We are excited to announce that the Phi Delta Phi Mentor Program is back this Fall! This initiative aims to foster growth, development, and a sense of community within our society. We believe that mentorship is a powerful tool for personal and professional development, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join.

Mentorship is incredibly important for our student members. Help bridge the gap between school and practice, give professional and ethical guidance, network, and help the next generation of Phis grow into the next generation of lawyers!

Apply to the Phi Delta Phi Mentor Program by October 1st.

  • All participants agree to communicate at least once per month for an academic year with their assigned mentoring partner.
  • Mentors will make contact with their assigned mentee through email within a week (7 days) of receiving their match email from Headquarters.
  • A mentor is a professional who is more senior in the field than the mentee. (For example: a Law School Student may mentor a Pre-Law Student; a Barrister Member may mentor either a Pre-Law Student or a Law School Student).

THE BALFOUR SCHOLARSHIPS

Once again this Fall, Phi Delta Phi will award members with thousands of dollars for the Balfour, Balfour International Exchange and Balfour Minority Scholarships.

Thanks to a series of continuing grants from the Lloyd G. Balfour Foundation, the PDP Legal Institute has distributed over $400,000 in scholarship service awards. Interest income from the Balfour scholarship grants will provide several grants this academic year. Login and apply by November 1st.
