Headlamp welcomes Marine Veteran Anderson Olmos to the team!

Headlamp is excited to announce our newest team member, Anderson Olmos !

In addition to a passion for helping veterans, Anderson shares some "scar tissue" with one of our founders, Steve J. Chang , in that they both have experience recruiting for the military in New England (marking them among the most resilient recruiters in the world...there is no tougher market!).

Anderson will be coming on board as our first Career Liaison Officer (CLNO), working with veterans and employers to create SkillBridge opportunities. He also has some great experience leading teams of recruiters and building training systems to support them...so we see him making some big contributions to Team Headlamp as we grow out our #Army...ahem...sorry, our #corps of CLNOs!

Anderson Olmos is a Recruiting Manager for the #usmc with 12 years of experience in #talentacquisition and development of company personnel. He specializes in coaching, counseling and training for the development of employees by establishing individualized performance baselines that result in the enterprise’s productivity. He is also an advocate for creating independence through knowledge, giving team members the necessary tools to be successful. Teams that implemented Anderson’s recommendations experienced an increase in productivity and morale. He is a firm believer in the power of positive thinking in all areas of life, including the workplace.
