Enhanced Mentoring Program for attendees with new or increasing CX leadership roles

  • When Barbie Fink, CCXP attended her first CXPA conference, she thought the biggest takeaway would be knowledge. Looking back, she credits the experience with connecting her to a network and community that supported her development as a CX leader throughout her career.?Now, she’s giving back by leading a special program to help attendees new to CX leadership or taking on expanded leadership roles to make the most of CX Leaders Advance.
