We are recruiting for a fantastic PR agency in Boston as they are hiring for their Director/Sr. Director, Social Strategy. In this role, you will provide creative and impactful social media and influencer strategies to a variety of exciting consumer brand clients.?
?The Director/Sr. Director, Social Strategy will work collaboratively across agency departments, weaving together social media, public relations, and influencer marketing to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and conversion for clients and new business opportunities.
Candidates for this role should have a track record of implementing compelling earned social campaigns and influencer programs that have elevated brand awareness and that have resulted in desired consumer activity. This agency has internal creative, production, social, and influencer teams that you will utilize, guide, and lead to create on trend social campaigns that often will align with overall earned brand strategy and media relations programs for clients at the agency. All departments work together in a collaborative way to make this happen!???
This is a leadership opportunity. In the role you will own the development of social media strategy for clients as well as within new business pitches and will generally represent the agency’s POV on social media strategy to the marketplace.?
The salary range for this position is between $150,000-$175,000/yr. Re: workplace, this is a 2 days/week in office, 3 days/week work from home arrangement.?
