Head in Sand??

Head in Sand??

Team talks, presentations, training … make you want to bury your head??? Do you avoid presentations,, make excuses, let colleagues do the talking …?? Steve (name change) did the same, and even cut question time to escape.? He gained techniques to solve his public speaking anxiety and speak with confidence.? After training he said, ‘I can’t believe I put myself through so much torture before seeing you.’ What about you??? Don’t bury your head in the sand to escape?
