CTC - 5000 to 8000 USD per Month
Reporting To - President International Business
Work Environment - Office Based with travel as required with business needs
Job Function - Responsible for full sales operations in – Latin America/ America. Tasks include planning, directing, and coordinating brand business and sales of technical materials (A I). Develop internal systems, reporting protocols, and long-term strategies for the assigned region and accountable for Profit & Loss of domestic retail business.
Strategy and Development Planning:
- Forecast market trends and develop comprehensive development plans for Region.
- Implement systems to monitor and control the execution of development plans.
- Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives in the region.
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business performance.
- Identify and assess risks associated with business operations in the region.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the interests of the company
Sales & Marketing Management:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop, nurture, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Execute the agreed development plan to enhance the company's presence and strengthen its business in the region.
- Stay abreast of recent domestic and foreign developments in import-export transactions.
- Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Oversee Portfolio development to sustain and grow the business.
Distribution and Supply Management:
- Manage the distribution and delivery of products in the region, ensuring adherence to volume, timing, and supply provisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to meet demand efficiently.
Financial Management & Compliance:
- Assume responsibility for managing the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region.
- Implement measures to optimize profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
- Timely planning related to new import to secure product availability with no interruption.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Training and Development:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on management principles, marketing strategies, and financial planning.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of the team.
Educational & Training Requirements:
- Bachelor/ master’s degree in agriculture, with an MBA/ Post Graduation in Marketing & Sales preferred.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in the field of Argo-pesticide brand sales.
- Demonstrated proficiency in product and market dynamics of Agri-pesticide business.
- Technological savvy with a mastery of computer tools and applications.
- procedure of composing of business plans and agreements.
- Good communication & Presentation Skill.
- Good Understanding of Commercial, financial documentation, documents circulation & custom legislation.
- Should have knowledge of Safety Rules and norms.
