Head of Sales - Latem Countries

Location - Any Latin American Country (Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina etc.)

Industry - Agro Pesticide/ Crop Protection/ Pesticide etc.

Experience - Min 7-15 Years of experience in relevant industry

CTC - 5000 to 8000 USD per Month

Reporting To - President International Business

Work Environment - Office Based with travel as required with business needs

Job Function - Responsible for full sales operations in – Latin America/ America. Tasks include planning, directing, and coordinating brand business and sales of technical materials (A I). Develop internal systems, reporting protocols, and long-term strategies for the assigned region and accountable for Profit & Loss of domestic retail business.

Responsibilities

Strategy and Development Planning:

  1. Forecast market trends and develop comprehensive development plans for Region.
  2. Implement systems to monitor and control the execution of development plans.
  3. Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives in the region.
  4. Continuously assess and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and business performance.
  5. Identify and assess risks associated with business operations in the region.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the interests of the company

Sales & Marketing Management:

  1. Lead sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  3. Develop, nurture, and expand business relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
  4. Execute the agreed development plan to enhance the company's presence and strengthen its business in the region.
  5. Stay abreast of recent domestic and foreign developments in import-export transactions.
  6. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  7. Oversee Portfolio development to sustain and grow the business.

Distribution and Supply Management:

  1. Manage the distribution and delivery of products in the region, ensuring adherence to volume, timing, and supply provisions.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to meet demand efficiently.

Financial Management & Compliance:

  1. Assume responsibility for managing the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of the region.
  2. Implement measures to optimize profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
  3. Timely planning related to new import to secure product availability with no interruption.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Training and Development:

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on management principles, marketing strategies, and financial planning.
  2. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and competencies of the team.

Educational & Training Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/ master’s degree in agriculture, with an MBA/ Post Graduation in Marketing & Sales preferred.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  1. 5-10 years of experience in the field of Argo-pesticide brand sales.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in product and market dynamics of Agri-pesticide business.
  3. Technological savvy with a mastery of computer tools and applications.
  4. procedure of composing of business plans and agreements.

Other Requirements:

  1. Good communication & Presentation Skill.
  2. Good Understanding of Commercial, financial documentation, documents circulation & custom legislation.
  3. Should have knowledge of Safety Rules and norms.
