A young & innovative client now growing & seeking a true relationship building Head of Sales to look after sponsorship sales activity.

?

The Candidate… idea for someone who is target driven, great at relationship building and thrives in a commercial sales setting. This individual needs to be capable of systematically building an understanding of a sponsor’s needs, communicating them to the management team, participating in the development of strategies to commercially meet those needs, and executing strategies to meet the company’s sales targets.

Skills and qualifications

·????????Great interpersonal skill to comfortably hold meetings and tailor products, or services offered to fit the industry trends.

·????????The ability to be self-driven, initiating sales projects and following them up to completion.

·????????Excellent negotiations skills for persuading clients and ability to close on prospect

·????????Strong networking skills for establishing a vast client connection.

·????????Presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Responsibilities

·????????Manage sales for the business to meet and if possible exceed annual targets across all products and services.

·????????Grow the revenue streams from existing clients.

·????????Identify and engage new business opportunities.

·????????Act as the key point of contact with all prospects and sponsors.

·????????Conduct regular face to face and online meetings with customers and prospects.

·????????Build strong and enduring personal relationships with customers and prospects and maximise the business’s share of their marketing spend.

·????????Having an in-depth knowledge of client events, digital products & solutions.

·????????Write business proposals that comprehensively outline sponsors objectives and how the business can meet their objectives.

·????????Negotiate with multiple stakeholders for a win/win outcome.

·????????Build your social media presence through social selling to drive referrals and nurture potential customers.

·????????Attend and participate in client and industry relevant seminars, associations, events, conference and competitor events where appropriate.

Marketing

·????????Play a leading role in the development, and basic communication through marketing of business products and services to sponsors and sponsor prospects.
