Dinamica Digital is a product company that specializes in the research, development and production of software for innovative electronic systems for the agricultural industry and medical equipment.

For several years of work, the team has offered the market products that have become indispensable in the industry:

Farmchef, Field track, Field scale.

Now the company aims to expand its competencies in the field of product development services and is looking for a Head of Sales, who will build sales strategies and attract new customers for the company from scratch.

What we expect from the candidate:

  • English from C1 is a must (knowledge of other languages would be a plus);
  • Must have excellent communication skills and valued experience in business negotiations;
  • Sales experience in the IT industry in an outsourcing company 2-3 years or more;
  • Experience in building a sales department in an outsourcing company;
  • Strategic thinking and vision for the development of the company in the horizon of 3-5 years;
  • Experience in sales of mobile development, IoT solutions, Embedded and Web Solutions;
  • Experience in managing marketing, business development, customer accounting, sales, lead generation departments;
  • Management skills: delegation, control, goal setting and KPI for departments;
  • Experience with clients from EU, USA, Canada. Experience with clients from Israel will be a plus;
  • Ability to scale business, projects and teams;
  • Good technical background: excellent knowledge and understanding of technologies and their trends;
  • Understanding of work in the product development service sector. Work experience would be a big plus;
  • A basic understanding of the legal specifics of contracts for each of the regions will also be a plus;
  • You are an entrepreneur at heart.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Search and attraction of clients, partners of the company;
  2. Analysis of the needs of customers and partners;
  3. Building processes, teams, their scaling;
  4. Building a sales and business development strategy;
  5. Building a business department in the company from scratch and development;
  6. Creation of a unique offer of the company's IT service for customers and partners;
  7. Scaling of clients and partners in EU locations (Britain, France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Israel, etc.), USA, Canada, etc.;
  8. Hiring employees in departments, their onboarding, KPI of departments.

What you will be doing:

  • Establish sales department;
  • Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention;
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities;
  • ?Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals;
  • ?Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth;
  • Create, Build customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships;
  • ?Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislations, to manage customer data;
  • Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue. (Result of test period will be signed contract for amount +30k$);
  • Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industry;
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance;
  • Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities;
  • ?Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships;
  • ?Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices;
  • Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs;
  • Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts;
  • Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets;
  • Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.

Your Goals for the trial period:

  1. During the first three months, we expect that you will be able to sign the first contract with a new client, thus we will be able to close the trial period;
  2. During the trial period, we expect you to offer us a sales development strategy in the horizon - 1-2 years and the scale of the Sales, BizDev, Account, Lead Gen and Marketing teams;
  3. The long-term goal in the horizon of six months is to increase the staff by +20 engineers.

Stages of the interview:

  1. Prescreen interview with a recruiter of an agency;
  2. Conversation with the CEO of the company: acquaintance and talking about tasks;
  3. Test task: drawing up a business plan (strategy) for six months;
  4. Interview with the CEO for hard and soft skills, discussion of the results of the test task;
  5. Collecting references from past jobs from your colleagues.
