Head of Revenue, Remote UK Competitive Salary + Benefits + Bonus

We're excited to be working with a well-established hospitality group and their leadership team as we look for a Head of Revenue to join their commercial leadership team to manage a team of ten Cluster Revenue Managers and focus on driving commercial performance across the portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader in multi-property revenue management who is well-versed in managing dynamic and high-performing revenue management teams. Due to the nature of the opportunity and the business, you’ll need to be highly analytical, commercially minded, and strategic in your approach as well as being well-versed in stakeholder management at all levels.


The role is remote with some travel across the UK to various leadership and commercial meetings.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving the revenue strategy, optimising distribution channels, and driving the commercial success across the portfolio
  • Maintaining and refining commercial revenue and pricing strategy framework to ensure optimisation of rooms revenue, drive total revenue delivery and ultimately support improved profitability
  • Identify business shortfalls, risks and opportunities and implement supportive actions, in order to optimise the revenue of each Hotel
  • Responsible for supporting and developing the revenue management processes across all areas of each business unit ensuring topline revenue is maximised and bottom-line profitability is supported and delivered
  • Cultivate a total revenue culture across all business units through the establishment of processes, compliance, training, structure
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with functional support teams, General Managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Support the hotels reach and exceed their operational EBITDA budget, whilst exceeding market share metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue Management Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
