As retail customers are becoming increasingly remote and digitally aware, NBRA have teamed up with Ridgeway Technologies to provide access to an innovative damage pricing tool, for light/cosmetic or SMART repairs.

This service has been designed to run on a mobile phone or computer and can be inserted into your website and your Facebook page.

This service is free to all NBRA Members, via the link below - click on the link from your mobile phone and have a try:

1. enter a vehicle registration number
2. follow the green buttons and select the most appropriate damage type(s) on each of the zones
3. If you get stuck, click the ? button

This version of the system has been designed for non-technical staff to instantly generate “From” & “To” pricing, for retail walk-in or telephone enquiries.

Ridgeway also provide a full version of this system which can plug directly into your website or Facebook page, to enable your customers to self-assess “Subject to inspection”, prior to bringing their vehicle in.

That version of the system can also be used by internal staff with fixed pricing and edit functions (instead of From and To prices), your own branding and a dashboard to review all estimates.

It runs either fixed menu pricing and/or Thatcham repair data with OE parts prices – and carries a Thatcham Research logo on the final estimate.
