An?innovative digital marketing?agency based in Limassol?is looking to recruit a self-motivated,?experienced?Head of Optimization?to join our Limassol team.?The successful candidate will be leading a medium size acquisition team that provide marketing services to a large number of companies in the financial spectrum. The right candidate is highly-experienced in managing a medium-sized team and has a natural ability to collaborate with them to land on optimization ideas that drive conversion rates and increase brand reputation and thereby achieve growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our optimization strategies, lead our campaigns, evaluate our performance metrics and collaborate with internal departments.
- Manage and support the planning, developing and setting-up of campaigns for the aligned marketing projects.?
- Manage the acquisition department (Billing, LP/Broker Optimization, broker deals, Affiliate network management, Data Partner Management)
- Delivers and Optimizes all the campaigns daily to fulfil the set KPIs
- Create Client Reporting
- Work closely with Optimization Manager to ensure campaigns are being managed and optimized efficiently.
- Work with marketing manager and content team to align?customer marketing journey with lp and broker steps, to increase kpi's.?
- Ensure that all other areas within the acquisitions?department are up to date and have no issues.??
- Participation in status meetings – and communicate updates outward
- Leverage internal data, partner insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to make data-based recommendations for perpetual improvements; consistently innovate explore, learn, test, execute and iterate
- Establish relationships with current partners
- University degree completed, preferably in Media Management / Economics / IT
- Good understanding of campaign management and digital trackings
- Good English skills - both oral and written
- Web Experience?
- Microsoft Platform Experience (Word, Excel, Etc)
- QA Experience (Attention to Detail)
- Quick learner
- CRM knowledge will be considered advantageous
