Candidate profile: agile, adaptable, excellent with start up concepts, decision maker with Leadership quality. Only apply if you have a minimum of 10-20 years of experience in a senior managerial position and you are responsible for the Operation, Sales and managing the team. Prefer candidate with Retail & some HORECA experience.

Responsibility:

·????????In charge of opening new concepts in terms of development, operation, planning & executing.

·????????Should have background in either opening multiple stores or working with big retailers.

·????????Strategies business with innovating concepts.

·????????Manage the PNL.

·????????Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions in consultation with the Management

??????Develop, implement and review operational system, policies and procedures

??????Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale

??????Assist and oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing

??????Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company

??????Helps organizations run efficiently and effectively

??????Build relationships with not only the operations but also with the leaders from all other departments

??????Assess and launch new initiatives beneficial for the business

??????Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions for gaps and issues

??????Follow up on the status of various operational units and ensure there is continuous progress

??????Decision making skills leading the team to achieve the goals

??????Work towards improving the processes and easing out day to day operational work

??????Monitor and measure KPIs for the team
