To the head of the Judicial Inspection: This offends the judiciary

Justice is the truth and it is one of the strongest obligations in a human’s life after believing in God the Almighty and a true judgment is the most honorable act of worship and the courts are the most honorable places where people can get their rights.

 People just do not submit their lives, souls, money, and dignity, except with justice which is the basis of the judgment among people.

The judiciary in our so-called modern state is considered the important facility of justice, its necessity derives from the necessity of the existence of the state, and what this presence necessitates in preventing individuals and groups from retribution and obtaining their rights themselves. After the state has exclusively guaranteed it with a judicial and legal organization that organizes and supervises it, and the judge who is the person entrusted with it.

The state is tasked with implementing the law and achieving justice, after the judge, have gained academic, practical, and professional qualification. The appointment to such a rank should pass through channels where few to pass is excepted and for those whose merits have been proven, and their ability to carry out this great assignment that has been evident, and therefore they usually practice them for their own salvation.

I would like to point out here that the observed reality, we find that some judges, unfortunately, are of bad manners and in bad behavior and are on unethical terms. It is well known that a judge may not be of bad manners, arrogant, unjust, or racist.

Some judges are noted through their inappropriate behavior, their speech and their behavior with people that would prove that they are corrupted judges, while there are respectable judges who deserve praise, but when there is a corrupt judge who uses street behavior with people, we find that the judiciary in our country is heading the wrong way.

Many talks about them and complain about their actions and through the cases in which they dealt with their cheap and twisted methods, they have proved that they are not only corrupted judges, but corrupted men and they had many corruption cases when they held their position of judges in the Dubai courts. This is a judge who violates the judicial law as a result of his handling of politics and partisanship. The same is committed by a judge that people turn to in order to do justice to them and judge them with justice ...!

I say: where the judicial inspection is among these behaviors of some of the judges who belong to the judiciary. This and what was hidden and the unknown was a greater risk.
