In your personal opinion, what has changed in the Dealer Sales industry?
The need to manage the dealership's marketing, and guide Dealers towards a direction that will work for them. Very few dealerships have the onboard experience and knowledge to market effectively.??
What are the current serious challenges facing Dealer Sales Executives in this industry?
In our instance it is saturation. Dealer Sales executives are facing a far more informed customer today through years of upskilling. The use of data and providing insights with this data is also new which means the executive needs to be able to read and understand data to gain valuable insights for improvement.

Knowing what will work for them and their dealership, great work ethic and the ability to speak on a high level when educating and upskilling the industry.
What does innovation look like in this industry?
Understanding the industry and the digital drive from a consumer's perspective and through knowledge and data interpretation adapting to a changing environment.
What does it take to be successful as a Dealer Sales Executive?
Natural sales ability, high customer experience skills, ability to cold call and guide business owners' decisions. Solid knowledge of digital advertising and the motor industry.
