Head Chef -Up to ￡40,000 per annum Plus a 10% achievable Bonus
Head Chef: for an Organic led Restaurant/Cafe within the Capital City of London. Offering purely organic produce from their own resources. This is an up and coming thriving Company that can offer many benefits and career prospects. Our Client has opened and run successfully these Restaurant/Cafe's across the City and have now a new opening for a Head Chef. Standards are high and offers food all day, but only operates from a breakfast shift to early evening's, therefore there are no late evening shifts.

Our Clients requirements: Looking for a Head Chef to lead a brigade and to work closely with the London Executive Chef, who is there to assist and support you. They would consider a Sous or Senior Sous looking for their first Head Chef position. You must have previous experience within a busy operation and an interest in organic produce. Hold all relevant up to date certificates and excellent references.
Salary: Up to 40k with a 10% achievable bonus offered.
