The head chef will take full control of the kitchen from day one creating there own menus over a theme of salt aged beef and seafood/Lobster etc. We have just invested in a brand-new OX Rock Grill and facilities to allow us to hold up to 70 kilos of live lobster at a time.


you will have a proven experience within a busy kitchen as head chef minimum 3 years 

AA rosette level experience required.

Someone who likes working within a great team and able to train and motivate others.

5/ 6 chefs

charcoal or wood fire cooking experience.

menu design and seasonal changes

people person and motivator
