Head Chef Hotel- 40K plus bonus
Position: Head Chef required for this 4 Star Hotel located in a small Town in Lincolnshire. The Hotel has 27 bedrooms and a 2 AA Rosette 60 cover Restaurant. They also offer a very busy C&B trade which on average can do 50 Weddings a year. The Hotel is part of a small Group. This is a hands on position and you must have good kitchen management skills. You will be leading a small brigade and working closely with the General Manager.

Clients requirements: You would need to have previous experience as a Head Chef at 2 AA Rosette level and be capable of running the busy C&B that the Hotel offers. Be able to co-ordinate the kitchen and staff. Our Client would need you to have the appropriate hygiene, COSHH, health & safety certificates and excellent references. An excellent salary is offered plus a ￡8K bonus based on the GP required.
