After an outstanding contribution overseeing a significant period of strategic growth, Mrs Kathy Romano is moving towards retirement, resulting in this unique opportunity. Working closely and strategically with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Business Services provides high level strategic advice and analysis in relation to financial planning and budgeting, early childhood education and care, human resource management, and facility and asset management. This position leads and manages the strategic operations of the school to ensure the day to day financial, physical and school support resources are managed professionally. The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, be an agile, adaptive and strategic thinker, with astute financial, compliance and project management expertise. The Head of Business Services role also includes the Company Secretary function.

You will be a significant part of continuing the planning and implementation of a sustainable period of growth at TAS. Commencement date is negotiable depending on the applicant.

The successful applicant will:

• Have experience in a finance, commercial, strategic and governance role with budget management.
• Have experience with management of capital projects, master planning and scenario development.
• Have proven ability in contract management and HR functions.
• Be able to provide oversight of all business operations.
• Have demonstrated capacity to lead teams and build strong, collaborative and professional relationships.
• Possess a tertiary degree in business, management or equivalent – an MBA will be highly regarded.
