Head of Arboriculture - Surrey - ￡45000 - ￡50000

I have a fabulous Head of Arboriculture role based in Surrey with a well established team. Working within residential, Education and Public Realm projects my client is going from strength to strength and seeks a Head of Arboriculture to join them on their journey.

You will be an experience Arboricultural Consultant with experience of BS5837 reports as well as all other relevant tree reports, and ideally EIA experience too. You’ll be comfortable with putting together tenders for clients, and with developing the team, and growing it further. You’ll be a senior leader within the business and you will also be happy to contribute to the bigger picture strategy where relevant.

This role will be based in Surrey, with travel to other offices and to client sites when needed. As you’ll be supporting the development of less experienced team members it is expected that you’ll be in the office for at least 3 days a week. It is possible that you could work from home on the other days.

My client is looking for a well rounded Arboriculturalist with commercial and management experience as well as project management experience, good working knowledge of planning and permitting and great communication skills.
