This training has specially invited Professor Huang Ruizheng, a distinguished professor of the Advanced Entrepreneurial Seminar at Tsinghua University/Peking University and a professor at the MBA Education Center of Huaqiao University, to provide a two-day course for the middle and senior management staff of Nanwang Technology.

During the two-day learning experience, Professor Huang employed a teaching model that combines on-site experiential perception with interactive games, allowing everyone to immerse themselves and deeply appreciate the charm of the Enneagram personality types. The classroom atmosphere found a balance between rigor and relaxation, thought-provoking yet touching, enabling everyone to gain insights into life without realizing it. This sense of touch and the gains made will become a valuable asset in the journey of life.

Through this training, everyone was able to deeply analyze themselves, learn to leverage their strengths and avoid weaknesses, and master the skills to enhance interpersonal communication abilities, learning how to better understand and respect others; they became adept at communication, nourishing familial bonds with warm care.
