What is Anger?
Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance or displeasure.It is the most natural and intense emotion for humans.It is a way to express the negative feelings with in you.Anger varies widely, what is the intensity , how long it lasts ? and most importantly how it impacts you and your surroundings?
Anger can be constructive and destructive.This totally depends on how well you can manage?
Constructive anger is when something in your environment is wrong,you react.This reaction can be positive if you find solution to correct the wrong. Destructive anger is harmful not only for your own health but it affects your friends, family,co mates and environment. Try to be polite and gentle.
How to deal with destructive anger? The remedies:
- Meditation is really helpful to calm one's anger.
- Use squeeze balls when you feel angry.
- Reiki session - energy healing
- You can use old newspaper and tear them into smaller pieces as much you can.
- Hit a punching bag when anger is on higher degree or do some exercises.
- Learn to forgive.
- Try to analyse the root cause of your anger.
- You can also take a shower to calm yourself.
- Express yourself through writing while you are in a state of anger.
- Don't let anyone control your emotions especially anger.
