This young man by name Sylvain Dzefack is now a restaurant owner in Dschang - West Region of Cameroon

Did he start as a restaurant owner? Did he start by waiting for the day he will have the right startup capital and skills to start now??

When he first started out, he sold boiled eggs on the street. Some people saw him as just a hawker, but Sylvain knew that he was on the path to achieving his dream. He understood that starting a business requires more than just having the perfect plan or financial resources. It requires the willingness to start small, learn from mistakes, and have a clear vision.

Despite facing challenges and setbacks, Sylvain remained determined and continued to work towards his goal. I am assuming while being a hawker, he learned as much as he could about the restaurant industry and focused on his dream of one day becoming a successful restaurant owner. And eventually, his hard work paid off. Sylvain was able to turn his small business selling boiled eggs into a thriving restaurant.

Here he is today with a restaurant and possibly recruiting a partner worker(s) or full time and it will grow. And people who start a business like this with a track record of process will likely build a sustainable business that will last because during their small beginnings they mastered the art of failing and staying persistent while carrying their business around.?

I have always said, if you see a young man or woman who is 20 years+ and unemployed and doing totally nothing that can advance their career or generate income, it is as a result of pride and lack of strong will not because there is nothing to do.?

Unfortunately, some young people are too proud to start small businesses or to volunteer or intern in order to gain experience. This can hold them back in life and prevent them from achieving success. It is important to be proactive and take steps towards building a fulfilling career, rather than staying stagnant and expecting success to come to you. Only by putting in the work and making a move towards your goals can you hope to see progress and success in your life. Until you work and move nothing will work and move in your life.?

Let this young be an inspiration for someone this New Year. Stop minimizing how you will start. Stop thinking about what people will say. Focus on your long term vision.?
