He Lives

“Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye,?except ye abide in me.”????-St. John 15: 4

He lives to provide guidance for you and me. He works through us to help others in need. We are his?eyes, his?hands, his?mouth?and his?feet. His spirit is always with us because he dwells within us.

He lives – he is alive in me. The way I walk, the way I talk, represents Christ in me. I am a Holy Temple that thrives on every word God had written. I am that vessel that God may use to spread his spiritual messages to all who will listen.

I am his?eyes?who seek those in need. I am his?hands?that reach out to lift others up off their knees. I am his?mouth?who speak words of wisdom to everyone I meet. I am his?feet?traveling here and there on a mission to spread love, joy and peace. Who I am God created to do his will right here on earth.

God works through ordinary people like you and me. It's evident in the flawed, imperfect servants God used to do his bidding as written in the Holy Bible. Peter had a temper, David had an affair, Noah got drunk, Jonah ran from God, Paul was a murderer. To be chosen to do God's work we must all repent and stay in prayer. Prayer keeps us focused and connected to his will.

He lives ... He dwells inside of me. I live to do his will until he returns to set all of his obedient servants free. I am his?eyes-hands-mouth and feet. Sometimes a hug, a smile, a kind word is all people need in these times of chaos and turmoil.?One day I hope to hear my Lord say, well done my faithful and obedient servant.

I am bound by the written word of God. Should I deviate I repent to get back on track. He is the life-line that motivates me.?I am the olive branch nurtured by God’s love, mercy and grace. I live because He lives in me. He lives because I believe.?
