Hey Jude, none of your mates want to dance hip hop at the local retirement home
Whilst we did some brainstorming with 3/4éme students about this school year's projects they want to work on, one of my very expressive students who could easily become the president of a country, turned war manager, think Volodymyr Zelensky, launched the idea of doing a hip hop gig amongst the residents there. He broke out in random performance in the classroom.
Sometimes it is just not possible to keep a straight face, however one tries!
Jude indeed never fails to make me and his classmates laugh which could be constantly if he would be let to do so, just so he could avoid doing the least teamwork possible and show of his entertainment skills, which often come in very handy, especially on a heavy day I must say. So on second thoughts, one definitely needs an 'Hey Jude' character in a team to smooth things over when nobody is feeling like smiling, laughing, couldn't care less or...
At last the students came up with some credible ideas that might actually be working out at some point.
Teachers do not always have to keep a straight face, like the students cannot do so either especially if they have a student friend who is a natural born performer. There is space for each person in our teams.
Jude, didn't find anyone of his classmates who wanted to join him rehearsing for a hip hop performance in front of the very elderly later on in the year, so that was a full gone conclusion.
Idea out, next idea...
Perhaps a hip hop dance performance would have woken up the heavily sedated! Not that I am very cynical or anything like that...What happened next? Your guess is as good as mine.
