Section 1.

When will Article 14 finally be administered to all the people all the time.

After a first and second quarter chasing after Receivables and battling firms that really don't give a shit about paying their bills I am asking these questions.

By now it is incumbent on me to realize that these firms and owners have no interest in paying and they are really sociopaths. Several of these firms are actually profiting by the work performed by our estimators and doubling down their profits.

so they say they have the GOLD and I get letters from their Attorneys One said he has Guns and I better shut up    they all say they make the rules..

I say IN the USA we are all covered under Article 14 and my response to them will be swift and just.. one clown in Brooklyn in the Carpet business first stole the candidate, then we caught him, then he bounced the settlement check [ which was very kind of us] then he files chapter 7 today. you all know who this is so when he resurfaces next month under a similar name and different ein number stay the hell away from him.
