He is Doctor or professor, Why is he doing this?

The majority of the time, we come across this kind of advice anytime we meet someone who excels intellectually but has a low level of thinking when it comes to his or her clan or race. Most of their suggestions act as fuel for the interclan war. They will preach hatred and increase the breach rather than promoting harmony among young people.

The aforementioned situation always makes me think of folks who are confident enough to offer counsel to others while having no medical expertise. Let's say they visit the clinic because they are ill, but they act as if they are experts when they have no idea about the matter in fact. These people may be very knowledgeable about their field of study, but when it comes to medicine, they are utterly clueless. If they need medical treatment, they must pay attention to what a layperson is told.

Doctors and professors lack knowledge of sociology and other social sciences, as we demonstrated in the paragraph above. Despite being experts in their own disciplines, they lack expertise in other fields. They are unaware of human social behaviors, reactions to societal problems, and historical difficulties.

When it comes to our continent of Africa and our nation of Ethiopia, we are scaring our brothers and sisters by blaming our past for the conflicts that have arisen. As a result, mothers and children are dying in numerous locations without any of the blame being placed on them, and elders are losing the support of their communities. As a result, we are left with people who have lost all hope in our country, and the number of internally displaced people is rising daily.

If you try to look who the leaders are among woreda and kebele, you can easily identify our problems. This and related problems are caused by a variety of factors, but I have tried to trace some of the paths of our leaders and politicians and I have found that the majority of them come to power with only battles in the fields and they don't exactly know what to do instead of routine talking and promising.

If health care professionals continue to direct politics and politicians in the treatment of patients, we will experience more severe traumatic effects. We must leave leadership in the hands of leaders, treatment in the hands of health care professionals, history in the hands of historians, and every subject should be governed by someone with the appropriate subject knowledge. The fact that a person is a doctor does not automatically imply that they are an expert in everything, and occasionally we must acknowledge the possibility that we may be novices in some fields but experts in others. We are not required to appear to be experts in all fields. We must be sincere with one another and with ourselves. there is a saying in Amharic "???? ?? ??? ??????" It meant that if you attempted something without the necessary expertise, your effort might be distracting rather than helpful.
