Reproducible Analytical Pipelines Webinar
Join HDR UK on 10 October 2023 for a free webinar on reproducible analytical pipelines. The UK has world-leading health data infrastructure and in 2022, the government and NHS published information about new ways of working with it to advance health services and knowledge of disease.
Reports, including the Goldacre Report, point to the need for large datasets containing people’s health information to be held in Trusted Research Environments (TREs) and for data to be analysed using Reproducible Analytical Pipelines (RAPs) with software, analysis plans and outputs which are standardised.
Reproducible research means getting the same results consistently. This webinar will discuss the practical steps you can take to make your research reproducible.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Research Platform Launch
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a leading case of death and disability in people under 40 in the UK. A new platform led by the University of Cambridge in collaboration with HDR UK aims to boost the use of data to advance treatment and care for people with TBI.
Researchers - Tell Us Your Data Discovery Needs
The Heath Data Research Innovation Gateway was established in 2020 to provide a common entry point for researchers to search, discover and request access to health datasets and other sharable resources in the UK. It is an integral part of HDR UK’s mission to bring together the UK’s health data to enable discoveries that save people’s lives.
Help to support this with our short survey aimed at researchers currently using or interested in using health-related datasets for their work. We strongly welcome your feedback to help prioritise feature and service developments for the Gateway. You do not need prior experience of the Gateway to participate.
