First, let’s take a brief look at HDI (High Density Interconnect) PCB?boards. As its main feature of HDI boards is high density. It achieves higher circuit density by using thinner lines and smaller apertures. This means that in the same space, HDI boards can accommodate more electronic components and more complex circuit designs. It's like building more high-rise buildings and a more complex transportation network in a city to make the city's functions more centralized and efficient.? ? ? ? ?

Next,the buried blind via PCB board. The biggest feature of this kind of board is that its holes are "buried" in the board, and these holes are usually "blind holes", which means that they only connect one or several layers inside the board instead of penetrating the entire board. This design can make the circuit more compact, reduce signal interference, and improve circuit performance and reliability. Imagine that this is like building an underground passage in a large community, connecting only specific areas within the community, which not only facilitates residents' travel, but also avoids disturbing the overall community.

What is the difference between HDI board and buried blind via PCB board?HDI boards focus on overall high-density integration, while buried blind via PCB boards focus more on local high-performance connections. In actual applications, these two boards are usually selected based on specific circuit needs and product design requirements. In short, HDI boards and buried blind via PCB boards are very important types of circuit boards in the field of electronic engineering. They have their own differences in design and functionality, but the common goal is to make our electronic products more compact, high-performance and reliable.
