I remember feeling exhilarated walking away from my career design analysis. My Analyst had shown me what I was designed to do at work and I was floored at the accuracy, along with the innate knowing that I was on the right track for what I was meant to explore and discover.

Imagine navigating a road trip with a standard paper map versus using a state-of-the-art GPS. The old-school approach—like a SWOT analysis—gives you a static view of the landscape. It highlights significant roads (strengths), potential detours (weaknesses), exciting destinations (opportunities), and risky routes (threats).

But it doesn’t adjust in real time. It doesn’t tell you how your vehicle functions, how your passengers influence the journey, or how external conditions shift the dynamics along the way.

Now, enter the Penta—the GPS for small business teams. It doesn’t just offer a snapshot; it tracks, adapts, and optimizes your team’s energy flow with the people within it in real time, ensuring that everyone knows what it will take for the the vehicle to move seamlessly toward material success.

What is a Penta?

In Human Design, the Penta is an invisible yet powerful force that emerges when 3 to 5 people unite. This trans-auric entity shapes how a group functions, collaborates and produces tangible results. Most businesses use SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to assess and strategize. While this method can be useful, it has inherent limitations:

  • It’s subjective—based on opinions rather than deep, energetic reality.
  • It’s static—providing insights at one moment without tracking ongoing team dynamics.
  • It’s incomplete—focusing on surface-level assessments instead of underlying energetic structures.

The HD Analysis, on the other hand, acts like an advanced business GPS that:

LaVeena B. Archers. Its so odd to me that this isn't the premier model for aligning people and organizations to their innate flow. I remember coming upon Human Design many years back and thinking as a fan of Personal Development, Psychometric models, other sciences like Horoscope, Numerology, Kabbalah, i ching, Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, Landmark Education, Frequencies, Energy and yes more. ?? Wow. That was a trip down memory lane and a mouthful of stuff. So bravo to you for continuing to champion what I would likely agree is the Model that brings so much into one practice in aligning humans to their best potential as individuals, groups, communities, organizations and dare I say societies....Okay. Getting carried away.... ???? For now, just taking a moment to appreciate and recognize your mission. Hope to sometime in 2025 that I check this off of my Bucket List. Cheers
