The HCLTech Apprenticeship Program offers paid apprenticeships to aspiring tech professionals, providing comprehensive technical instruction, hands-on training, mentorship and support. Upon completion of the program, you will become a regular HCLTech employee, and with our 100% tuition assistance, you can earn your college degree through our nationwide academic partner network without the burden of ?education debt.

An apprenticeship is the start of a rewarding IT career. Here you will gain skills and knowledge through facilitated learning and hands-on experience with real customers. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you can earn an Associates or Bachelor’s degree without student loan debt.

Eligibility Criteria

Must have a 3.0 cumulative high school GPA. If candidates cannot meet the 3.0 high school GPA requirement but have completed a higher education credential (college certificate, associate degree or bachelor’s degree), a cumulative higher education GPA of 3.0 or higher is acceptable.

Must hold one of the following: high school diploma, GED or equivalent (STEM) May hold an associate degree in any discipline, but may not hold a bachelor’s degree in STEM or a master’s degree in any discipline

Must be authorized to work as either a US citizen or as a Green Card holder permanently residing in the US.
