HBF Direct Ltd. Strengthens Collaborative Education with KIET Group of Institutions

We are excited to share the news of HBF Direct Limited forging a strategic partnership with KIET Group of Institutions , specifically the School of Business, marking a significant leap towards advancing educational and professional development initiatives.

Collaborative Framework

On 22nd March 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed, laying the groundwork for a collaborative framework between HBF Direct Ltd. and KIET Group of Institutions (School of Management). Mr. Mandeep Rawat from HBF's academic division played a pivotal role in this endeavor.

Key Objectives and Areas of Collaboration

The collaboration aims to achieve mutual growth and success through the following key areas:

1. Management Development Programs (MDPs): KIET will contribute expertise for MDPs. Bringing the academia and industry together through skill development training is a mutually beneficial exercise.
2. Industry-Ready Trainings: HBF will conduct industry-oriented training sessions covering areas such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, HRM, SCM, Entrepreneurship, Goal-setting, and Placement-readiness for MBA students at KIET. Now that students require industry-ready education more than ever, this is a crucial aspect of industry-academia collaborations.
3. Summer Internship Projects & Placement Assistance: HBF will facilitate Summer Internship opportunities for MBA students as part of the Industry Ready Training.
4. Workshops: HBF will organize workshops for students and faculty on topics including Entrepreneurship, Finance, Goal-setting, and Placement-readiness, while also assisting students in career mapping through aligning their aspirations with industry demands.
5. Access to HBF Mega Event (Bharatpreneurs & Founder's Club Community): KIET School of Management will gain access to HBF's mega event, Bharatpreneurs, and Founder's Club Community, fostering networking and learning opportunities with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
6. Joint Events: Collaborative efforts in the form of panel discussions, seminars, and other knowledge-enhancing industry-academia collaboration events.

The MOU is effective for three years from the date of execution and includes terms on confidentiality, governing laws, termination procedures, and provisions for amendments.

The MOU was signed and exchanged between Dr Anil Ahlawat , Director In-charge, Dr Manoj Goel , Joint Director of KIET Group of Institutions, Binkey Srivastava , HOD, School of Business, and Mr. Sachin Kumar , CEO of HBF Direct Ltd.
