HBDI? Digital Profile

Everyone is being challenged by the new working structures and restrictions required during the current COVID 19 pandemic. As everyone settles into working virtually from home or with customers, you and your teams will need to become more agile and innovative thinkers to handle this new socially distant environment. Many people will find themselves isolated and worried by the new world we are currently in. They may never have felt so alone before.

How we think determines how we (re)act, and how we act determines how well we perform. Different tasks require different mental processes, and different people prefer different kinds of thinking. Here is an example of a Whole Brain? WalkAround for Analysing Business Decisions in a Crisis.

Understanding your team’s thinking styles allows you to lead them better. You and your team can consciously take advantage of everyone’s diverse thinking styles and leverage them to improve organisational effectiveness and ultimately produce a healthier bottom line. Rather than wasting time and effort in circular arguments and upset reactions.

The HBDI? thinking assessment is easy to learn and retain. Its simplicity means that you have an assessment that has a lasting impact on your people. There are no complicated acronyms or confusing personality profiles. It combines a valid, reliable measure of human mental preferences with over 30 years of research into how people think.

After completing the survey, each person receives a comprehensive HBDI? Profile report and one hour 1:1 debrief that includes in-depth interpretation of the results, reference material about the Whole Brain? Model, comparison data, and activities for further exploration and development. You also have access to the HBDI? app for immediate insight and application upon completion of the survey.

Once you and your team have a better understanding of each other’s thinking styles this opens the window for better leadership, management and improved work-life satisfaction. It will let you more effectively develop, engage and support your team.

By understanding what kind of communication helps other people thrive, how they best like to express their ideas and what tendencies they have in their thinking, you can maximise the potential of everyone on your team. Understanding and adjusting to them makes your people feel valued and supported overall, improves engagement and boosts an organisation’s success. Understanding people’s motivations is at the heart of good leadership, please see more information in the article, Building Leaders in the 21st Century: Brains 3.0.

97% of Fortune 100 companies and 2 million Thinkers globally have benefitted from Whole Brain Thinking. Is your team ready to join them? For more information on our HBDI course, please click here
