Hayes Performance Systems Acquires Industry Leading Machining House, ACI Industries

Mequon, Wis. ~ Hayes Performance System, LLC., a global leader in braking and performance systems, has announced the acquisition of ACI Industries , a premier manufacturing facility in Saukville, Wisconsin.??

The acquisition occurred on October 31, 2023, and, effective immediately, ACI Industries LLC will operate as ACI Industries, a Hayes Performance Systems company. The move allows Mequon, Wis.-based Hayes to enhance and expand its manufacturing and machining capabilities to better serve its global markets and operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.??

Founded in 1982, ACI Industries is a precision metal and plastic machining company specializing in CNC machined and turned parts. ACI offers the most current, state-of-the-art metrology, CAD/CAM design and manufacturing technologies. The acquisition of ACI will supplement Hayes’ existing machining capacity and capabilities.??

Josh Pallesen, a long-time and successful manager at Hayes Performance Systems, will become the new General Manager at ACI Industries. Pallesen will be supported by Todd Jernberg, who will become the new Director of Operations.? Todd most recently was Hayes’ Global Director of Operational Excellence.? Josh and Todd are both impressed by and excited to work with the trusted and experienced team at ACI Industries.??
