Recently, one of our in-house legal Associates, Melanie Lewis was promoted to Consultant!?

Melanie has quickly progressed during her time here at Hayes & Partners and has been able to effectively steer her clients and candidates towards remarkable achievements.

We sat down with Melanie and asked her to reflect on her time at Hayes & Partners so far -

What area of executive search do you specialize in?

I specialize in the in-house legal markets in the DACH region and look to provide new avenues for candidates across the European legal markets. I really enjoy learning and focusing on each individual candidate’s needs and providing them with the best career options.

What does this promotion mean for you at H&P?

This promotion at Hayes & Partners is an immense achievement and means a great deal to me. Progressing forward in the firm allows me to venture out into new markets and exert independent developments. I look forward to further growth opportunities within the company as time passes.?

What do you enjoy about recruitment?

Recruitment is such a versatile job. My favourite part about it is how multi-faceted each day can be! I get to work with multiple candidates and really establish connections. Equally, the opportunity to build out the business and develop my own clientele is exciting too. It’s highly entrepreneurial and I feel it preparing me for future challenges. It’s a rewarding field where you truly do work hard, play hard!?

What does the future look like for you at H&P?

The future at Hayes & Partners looks exceptional – with new markets, growth perspectives and record-breaking profits over this financial year alone. I look forward to seeing how we progress into a bigger company and venture into multiple sectors globally. My personal growth goal will be advancing the in-house opportunities on a global scale to provide more career prospects for legal professionals.?
