Had a cable issue of Havit game controller and my son was not happy about it. So we decided to go ahead and make our own R/C Transmitter and Receiver. So that we can use it on any work that we want.
Used 2 Arduino nano boards for transmitter and receiver. For the development we used Arduino UNO.
Had a challenge to get the Havit board confections to Arduino nano board and read the button signals. Found out that all switches toggle - NOT +. Used 9V batter along with on/off switch and power indicator LED.
Used RF 433MHz Transmitter/Receiver Module for communication and C++ as the language to catch all the signals from the controller. Had a fun making this to work and finally we got 24 Channel Transmitter. Used old Wi-FI router antenna to make the better transmission range.
Had a issue with fitting the nano board inside the controller and later decided to mount it underneath of the controller.

1 年Very good. I have a PS2 Wireless controller here, but I just wanted to put this antenna on the gamepad to increase the range, but opening the gamepad, I can't identify the internal antenna (I was able to identify it on the receiver). Can you help me?
