Having trouble staying committed?

If you are are having trouble staying committed to a goal, your brain is probably saying things like:

  • This is too hard.?
  • I am never going to succeed.
  • I am not a disciplined person.

I would encourage you to?practice these thoughts instead:

  • Hard is part of the process, and that's ok.
  • All I need to do is take one step at a time.
  • What would happen if I didn't give up.
  • Its OK for me to go at my own rhythm.

Intentionally choosing and practicing thoughts is life changing. Choose thoughts that are serving you and will maintain momentum. Stop telling yourself things are hard.
