Having trouble sleeping?

“Think of happy thoughts and you will fly” Does this sound familiar to you? It is from one of my favorite books and movies?Peter Pan.
How many nights you went to bed and you couldn’t sleep? Having a bad or a good night sleep can really affect your performance the next day. I will share with you a few ways that might help you to get a better sleep.
1.?????Watch a comedy or a happy movie before you go to bed. Please avoid dramas, thriller and anything that might cause your stress or sadness.?
2.?????Eat at least 3 hours before going to bed. If you are still hungry then maybe you can eat a mature banana. Medium banana gives you 450 milligrams, which is 13% of what you need every day. Potassium-rich foods help you manage your blood pressure because they help you to get rid of more sodium when you pee. Adults should consume 3,500 mg of potassium her day according to the UK's NHS.
3.?????Avoid black tea and caffeine after 4pm. If I have a tea or coffee after 4pm I will definitely have a troubled sleep.
4.?????I know it might sound hard thing to do, but please try not to think your entire life, when you go to bed. Breathe in, breathe out and tell yourself “Not now, it is not the time. Now it is time for me to sleep, recharge”. Think of a happy thought. Pre-dream what you would you like to dream.
5. Listen to music. My favorite music when I go to sleep is rain and a specific music video which is a combination of piano and water sounds.
6. Pray and be grateful for what you have today. Thank God that you are still on this planet.
A few minutes before I go to bed, I have a glass of water (not cold), I pray and thanking God that I had another one day on this planet. Probably I will check my social Tik Tok and You Tube mainly :) then I will watch something funny maybe Will Ferrell or Ben Stiller. Then, I will think a happy moment of my life or things that I would like to do that will make me smile.

Do anything and be with people that can make you smile. Never stop believing in yourself.
