Having Integrity in a Company

Having Integrity in a Company

What does the word integrity mean to me?

The word integrity and trust to me has always been a daily occurrence in my life, but there are different phases of life occurrences that are constantly evolving and changing. They include job titles, money and relationships with people. Out of the three of these, relationships with people may be the most important factor to making a successful person in life and business. Relationships are all built around trust. Trust is a rare component to find in the business world with some people because money gets in the way of giving the best possible answer or solution.

Lowell C. McAdam- CEO of Verizon

I read an article this past week written by the CEO of Verizon Lowell C. McAdam. In his blog he speaks about the three tips of advice that if he could go back and tell himself when he was 22 would make him an even better businessman today. One of them was integrity and how important it is to maintain this with every client, customer and coworker that you may work with in your life because if you can keep integrity those people will always trust you and if you break that trust you will never get it back.

Three Pillars 4TelecomHelp was founded on.

4TelecomHelp was founded on three pillars that is seen everyday in the office which include: trust, integrity, and finding the best possible solution for the customer to satisfy their needs. A lot of companies say this, but never follow through on what they preach. More or less talking the talk and not walking the walk. This company cares so much that if a email comes in at 9 p.m. after hours with a serious issue that needs to be handled. There is a email/phone call response at 9:01 p.m. to see how we can assist. Not only a response by one person, but multiple employees. Many companies turn off the lights at 5:30 p.m. during the week and clock out for the weekend, but not here.

Issues that arise with customers.

Just this past weekend we had a major problem with one of our clients in the United States where their whole circuit went down with Verizon. They were having an issue dispatching a Tech because it was technically a local Verizon account and the only tech's that are dispatched are for Verizon Business. Our CEO Chad Parnis got in his car and drove to the location to try and resolve it. I don't know how many CEO's' would do this for a client anymore, but he knew this had to be fixed.  Once on site he was going back and forth on the phone with Verizon customer support, which was being routed to the Philippians. After a couple of hours on the phone with the Philippians and the tech that arrived were able to resolve the issue. Now this is true dedication to help our customer.
