We value the research reports that are done about the state of women in the workplace, but they are mostly done from the organisation’s perspective, and not from individual women.?

Recent studies show that more than 50% of women want to leave their employer in the next 2 years. We also see that female leaders are switching jobs at the highest rate we’ve ever seen and 46% of women are feeling burned out. We need to know now, more than ever before, what is really happening for women in their careers and lives in 2023, what the driving forces are behind these alarming statistics and how we can best support them.?

We also know that 59% of women have experienced microaggressions and/or harassment at work in the past 12 months, but 93% of them don’t report these behaviours because they don’t believe their employer will take action. What else are they not saying and what impact is it having on their professional lives and more importantly, their personal wellbeing??

In this post-pandemic world, the progress towards reaching gender parity has not only stopped, in many cases it’s reversed. In 2020 we were 100 years from closing the gender pay gap, now we are 135.6 years away. It’s time to get to the truth of women’s lived experiences at work and at home so we can stop going backwards and start making real inroads.

Led by global women’s leadership expert and Women Rising Founder and CEO Megan Dalla-Camina, our Women Rising research asks women to reflect on a series of questions about their career wellbeing, burnout, gender bias, authenticity, leadership, confidence, resilience and more. Our intention is for it to be one of the most relevant surveys of women’s careers and lives in the last decade.

What's it really like being a woman at work and in life right now??This is your chance to have your say and be heard. To share what you really think about your life, career, wellbeing, burnout, gender bias, authenticity, leadership, confidence, resilience and more.

Often women's lives are so subtly conditioned by external power structures that it can be hard to determine what we think, feel and want versus what we have been told to want, what's right for us, how we should behave and the choices we should make. We're told how to look at the world, the meaning to make from it and where our place is in it.?We often don't have time to take care of ourselves and create a life vision or career plan because we are so busy taking care of everyone and everything.

What impact does all of this have on you in your daily work and life? Take time right now to pause and reflect, by taking part in this important pulse on where you, and thousands of other women, are at.

Our lives unfold in the direction of the questions that we ask. Be part of this movement to help women rise.?You will get complete access to the findings, an invite to the research briefing and the chance to win a place in the coveted and life-changing Women Rising program valued at $1,999.

Please take the time to have your say by completing?the survey ,?and we’d love for you to forward this survey to the other women in your life - colleagues, friends, family members.?We want to hear from women far and wide and have as many of your voices heard as possible.?

We value the research reports that are done about the state of women in the workplace. But they are mostly done from the organisation’s perspective, and not from individual women. It’s time for that to change. Your privacy is of course assured and your responses to the survey will remain anonymous.

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, so put aside a little moment for yourself to sit, reflect and share what’s really on your mind.

Thank you for being part of this important research, please encourage all the women you know to have their say. We can't wait to share the findings with you in the coming months.
